How do I make a reservation?

Chef's Dinners and Afternoon Tea at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel Air operates on a special ticketing system. We do not take reservations for these events. Dining tickets are purchased online through our website. We sell tickets for parties of up to 10 guests. If you do not see available tickets or your desired party size, it means we are currently sold out.

When is Afternoon Tea offered?

Afternoon Tea is offered on Fridays and Saturdays ONLY from 3pm to 4 pm. Please keep in mind that Afternoon Tea reservations fill up weeks in advance.

How much does Afternoon Tea cost and what is included?

Afternoon Tea costs $60 per person for adults and $36 for children 12 & younger. Tea includes choice of tea, house made savory bites, scones, and pastries. Our Afternoon Royal Tea costs $76 per person and includes a glass of champagne.

How much does a ticket to a Chef's Series dinner cost?

Please note this price will vary based on the event for each ticket release period. The menu price is subject to 20% service charge and tax at the time of purchase.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, however, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Can I give my ticket away or sell it?

Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

How do I transfer my ticket?

To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.

Will you accommodate allergies?

Afternoon Tea - If you have a specific and serious allergy, please call the restaurant 24 hours prior to your reservation date. We cannot accommodate all allergies, but if there is anything we can do it is better for us to know before you arrive for tea. Chef's Dinner - Please keep in mind that the Chefs are travelling here to cook for you and provide the experience they would envision. Unfortunately, no restrictions can be accommodated for Chef's Dinners.

May I increase the size of my party?

Due to the preparation involved, we do not allow parties to increase their guest count. If you would like to decrease your party size, that is completely fine, but we will not be able to refund you for that ticket.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code while dining at Hotel Bel-Air is "business casual".
